Encouraging Words

I'm running out of my own motivational words, so I googled "words of encouragement" and this is what I found...

HA!! I love it. I feel like those are the perfect words for me right now. FIVE more weeks friends and "this, too, shall pass." :)

Amber- This week was hard with going out of town and still getting over being sick. I think this is hard to be around people who are not doing it and try to get them to see why you wouldn't eat whatever you want on a "girls weekend". It was a challenge to not annoy people by saying no I can't eat that or it's too late to eat anymore, or yes I have to be writing in my journal right now!

worst week yet, I got sick and had to use my sick days at the begining of the week and it just snowballed from there.

Not a bad week. Except for the odd concoction Jimmy and I tried to make today with sugar free fudgecicles to satisfy our chocolate craving..... I guess it worked so all is well.

Trying to stay steady. I started off using all my freebies on Monday and I knew it wasn't going to be a strong week.
