Laura makes us all look bad. Sometimes I use diet soda to get past a sweet craving. I think I've decided it's the lesser of two evils for me. I lost a couple points for sleep (waking up at 5 am is killing me) and a couple for missing a serving of veggies. If I take anything from this it will be that I am so much more consistant in my scripture reading and I'm happy about that.

  1. I do not make anyone look bad! 60 is a great score! Remember I have only TWO children and the youngest is almost FOUR. Which means a)It's easier to get more sleep and b)easier to find time to exercise...

    Using diet soda to get past a sweet craving is a good idea. I use sugar free fudgesicles. Have you ever tried them? They are pretty good. ...not as good as a brownie, but still pretty good.
