  2. Yeah, I had a couple extra soda's this week. (Bad Jimmy!) Oh well. I was doing Power90, and now I have been running about 25 minutes 3x a week and then lift weights on the other days. Laura like yoga booty videos and walking and jogs a bit here and there

  3. And when he runs 25 minutes, he does situps and other stuff so it adds up to at least 30 minutes... right jimmy?

    I also like billy blanks boot camp and I do some Windsor Pilates. (But Yoga Booty Ballet is my FAV)
