Yeah, I had a couple extra soda's this week. (Bad Jimmy!) Oh well. I was doing Power90, and now I have been running about 25 minutes 3x a week and then lift weights on the other days. Laura like yoga booty videos and walking and jogs a bit here and there
Jimmy you must have snuck some ice cream while Laura wasn't looking. What do you guys do for work outs?

ReplyDeleteI also like billy blanks boot camp and I do some Windsor Pilates. (But Yoga Booty Ballet is my FAV)
So has Jimmy "gotten some of the hotness" yet?
