I've had to modify my strategy a little bit, so my points will probably be a little lower each week. (I do better keeping to my general diet changes if I allow myself a couple of days of small treat portions instead of just one.) Whatever works to keep the weight coming off....
The sugar free stuff doesn't quite do it for me :-) I do eat quite a bit of sugar free fudgesicles, but sometimes I "need" real chocolate or real ice cream. I've just gotten pretty good over the last year of measuring out my portion and making sure it's within my limit for the day-- that way I never really feel deprived.
Oh, I've still got another 14 lbs to go...though I am enjoying my new size already!!
You should try the sugarfree chocolates or the icecream treats, they are just as tasty
