I've had to modify my strategy a little bit, so my points will probably be a little lower each week. (I do better keeping to my general diet changes if I allow myself a couple of days of small treat portions instead of just one.) Whatever works to keep the weight coming off....


  1. You should try the sugarfree chocolates or the icecream treats, they are just as tasty

  2. I think that's a good strategy! Athough, I can't imagaine that there's more weight to lose. You look great!

  3. The sugar free stuff doesn't quite do it for me :-) I do eat quite a bit of sugar free fudgesicles, but sometimes I "need" real chocolate or real ice cream. I've just gotten pretty good over the last year of measuring out my portion and making sure it's within my limit for the day-- that way I never really feel deprived.

    Oh, I've still got another 14 lbs to go...though I am enjoying my new size already!!
