This has been an awesome challenge for me! I may not win, but in three weeks time I have noticed a difference in my clothes as well as a 6 lb. loss. More than anything, it makes me stop and think of what's important in my life and to take care of myself more. I wasn't feeling well WED & THURS. so I was able to account for 3 sick pts. Thanks Laura for the challenge!!!!!!!


  1. yay for losing 6 lbs! that's exciting! :) Sorry you weren't feeling good :P don't forget you have THREE free sick days for exercise and frutis and veggies (if you can't keep them down) so you can use those points if you need to... make sense?

  2. No, I'm 52, I don't get it. Does that mean I have more points?

  3. That means if you get sick and can't exercise or eat veggies you can still count those points, up to 3 times. For example, if you had a cold last Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri and couldn't exercise, you can still count exercise for Tues, Wed, and Thurs... but then by Friday you would have to lose a point, because you already used three sick days....... does that make more sense?
