I realize that I used to take a lot of little extra bites during the day of something. Especially when making my kids a snack. I find myself thinking about having a little and a voice going, "NO, NO, you can't, you'll lose a point"!!!!!!!!!!!! I think my kids are going to need to do this wellness challenge also! :)


  1. yeah, yesterday I was almost stuck a dum dum in my mouth when the kids were all eating one. then someone asked me to make brownies. I said no.

  2. Yep, I had to pretty much put my kids on the same challenge to survive this week. When there is something that they supposedly have to have (like chips for their lunches) I bought a kind I don't like so I won't be tempted to pop one in my mouth!
