Jamba Juice

Okay, so I'm taking a Nutrition Class online (perfect timing!!!). Anyway, in the end of the book it has nutritional info for pretty much EVERYTHING. Jamba Juice is in here with its most popular stuff; everything is pretty much loaded with carbs (aka, sugar in this case). Really, the only things not are 16 oz of Carrot Juice with 23 carbs (but that is pretty much where all the calories come from, 92 of the 100 calories are from carbs) and 1 oz of freshly squeezed wheat grass juice only has 1 carb and 5 calories...... Yummy!!! ;-)

(If anyone needs nutritional info, let me know. I probably have it in my book.)

In conclusion, Jamba Juice DEFINITELY counts as sugar..... WAHHHH!!!!

As a side note, I almost had a heart attack in Fry's yesterday when I saw that their 12 cans of Pepsi were $1.97, and a 2-liter was $0.59. I almost got some just to have for my free day (which was yesterday for soda, and NO Pepsi ever tasted so good!!! Were they always that sweet, though?) but I didn't, seeing as how I am a weak little girl and wouldn't be able to help myself. Walking away from that isle, though, was almost as difficult as leaving Tyler with a babysitter for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Awww, poor Pepsi had to be left behind. That is just too funny!!!

I'm going to have trouble Monday-- it's Marianne's turn to pick the treat for FHE and she wants me to make cookies. But can I make them and not snitch the cookie dough? That's just a natural part of the process. It's going to be calling to me, I just know it!
